You must be at least 13 years old to use Meal2Shop. If you are under the age required to consent to data processing in your country, you should only use the app with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

Meal2Shop uses Firebase Authentication or similar services to create and manage your account. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login details secure
• All activity that happens under your account
• Providing accurate information where required

We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use Meal2Shop for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to access the source code of the app
• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
• Resell, sublicense or distribute the app to others

Meal2Shop allows you to create and store content such as meals, recipes, prices, store layouts and shopping history ("Your Content").

You retain ownership of Your Content. By using the app, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process and display Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

Meal2Shop may offer premium features, subscriptions or one-off purchases via Apple's App Store using StoreKit.

• All purchases are processed by Apple; we do not receive your payment card details
• Prices, trial periods and billing terms are shown clearly in the app before you confirm
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions via your Apple ID settings
• Refunds follow Apple's refund policies

A future version of Meal2Shop may include in-app advertising provided by third-party networks. Where required, we will ask for your consent before using your data for personalised ads.

You agree not to use Meal2Shop to:

• Break any law or regulation
• Upload harmful, defamatory, hateful or illegal content
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

We may update or modify the app over time. This may include new features, bug fixes, or temporary maintenance. We do not guarantee availability at all times or on all devices.

You may stop using Meal2Shop at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, or if we are required to do so by law.

Meal2Shop is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or that any feature will always be available. You are responsible for checking prices, labels and making your own dietary decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kings Road Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profits, savings, data or goodwill, or loss arising from the use or inability to use Meal2Shop.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
